It's a Picasso!

Picasso is one of the artists that made collage art popular in Europe in the early 20th century.
In this collage Picasso fish mimick a flower, against a background of stellar dust in space.

The ‘flower’ is also used to create a flower field in a different project (Picasso's sunset).
